With temps too hot to enjoy cooking and local farm stands full of summer’s bounty, we have been enjoying eating our share of garden-fresh salads lately! All that fresh veg shines when paired with our favorite easy-to-make vinaigrette recipe, and when you mix it up in a White’s Pottery pitcher (they’re not just for syrup!) you can serve directly to the table!
Whisk together:
1 teaspoon Mrs. Bridges mustard
2-3 tablespoons Edmond Fallot walnut vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
½ cup olive oil
