For many folks, November marks the start of holiday shopping, and we invite you to #ShopSmall with Chateau! In addition to participating in special events like the Herkimer County Arts & Crafts Fair on November 9th and Small Business Saturday on November 30th, we will be hosting regular shop hours right through the holidays! Shopping small, meaning supporting local and independent businesses, offers several key benefits for individuals, communities, and the broader economy:

Thursday - Saturday : 10 am - 5 pm
Sunday : 11 am - 4 pm
Closed Monday - Wednesday

Visitors to our website may have noticed a change recently— we are no longer accepting orders through our website. While we understand that folks appreciate the ease of simply clicking “add to cart,” as a small family business, we must be mindful about spreading ourselves too thin. The majority of our wares are handmade by one of the three of us, meaning that stock levels vary— we are not machines! We want to provide you with the best customer service possible, and to ensure accuracy in our custom orders, we will only be accepting orders in person in the shop, or via phone or email.
